FLASH: Retrieve ToolBar from Off Screen

I dragged the standard tool nearly off the top of my screen and can't grab 

it to pull it into view. Can't set the screen resolution any higher, and I 

couldn't find an ini file to edit, so I guess for now the quickest thing is 

to uninstall and reinstall Flash.


But I know this has come up before on the list, and I am wondering: does 

anyone know the location of the file that stores toolbar locations between 

sessions? .Ini files are pretty easy to edit once you know where they are :-)
