if you are using windows xx,
hit "ALT" then hit "SPACE_BAR" then hit "M" (not all at once, but
consecutively)
then use your arrow keys to move the window wherever you want
when the window "outline"is where you want the window, then hit enter.

try HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Macromedia\Flash 4\
there are some toolbar settings in there that you can try.

Subject: FLASH: Retrieve ToolBar from Off Screen
I dragged the standard tool nearly off the top of my screen and can't grab
it to pull it into view. Can't set the screen resolution any higher, and I
couldn't find an ini file to edit, so I guess for now the quickest thing is
to uninstall and reinstall Flash.
But I know this has come up before on the list, and I am wondering: does
anyone know the location of the file that stores toolbar locations between
sessions? .Ini files are pretty easy to edit once you know where they are
:-)
thanks.
