Hmm, I am also a newbie to Flash but not to programming. So I'd do the
mouse-following with getting the mouse-coordinates (possible with
_x/_y-properties in flash?) and set the coordinates of the object which
should follow the mouse accordingly (also with the _x/_y-properties). But
that's only an idea, as I don't know flash good enough until now.
BTW, I am also a newbie on this list too, so hello to all you experts. I'm
sure I will need your help on Flash somewhere in the future... :)
