Anji,
It may exist somewhere, but why not make it yourself...pretty easy in Flash 4.
Have a text field for the conventional input and one for the metric output.
You put the conversion equation(s) into ActionScript, then either have the
user click a "Convert" button or just make a loop so it will spit out the
metric numbers automatically. You can provide some sort of selection menu to
determine the type of conversion (distance, volume, speed, time, etc.).
