No, its not possible. Going from FLA to SWF is a destructive process.
However there are a number of open-sourced Flash files available at
www.flashkit.com

Is there a software to view SWF from websites anyone can recommend? Or is
this possible?

I'm a newbie to Flash, but seeing timelines would help me understand how
Flash accomplishes this.
