Subject: FLASH: Alpha turns opaque when printing

hi all, i wonder if anyone knows why, when a layer containing a shadow
gray fill 50pc alpha) is printed from within fla, the alphad colour is
opaque, that is, nothing underneath the shadow is visible anymore. it can be
verified in print preview from within flash. tia
