Actually, this is correct. QuickTime video with Flash content must be
exported as QuickTime. The Flash Player and projector don't support native
QuickTime video playback.
If this is something you want to deploy on a CD, where file size doesn't
matter, you could choose to simulate video in Flash. Here's links to two
