unfortunately I think this isn't an option for me as I am using an iMac DV
and so I think inserting a second gfx-card could be a bit problematic... :)

That's what I use to do also when I do something in MM director. Thanks for
your ideas. They will definitely help a lot to know what's going on when you
are sitting at the computer. But the other problem I have is that at the
moment I have no really good concept for constructing the movie in theory as
it is done with normal programming languages. I have some ideas about that,
but I am not sure if they're practial or not too time-consuming.
