Actually, we need the feedback... it's your site, you are the people who
use it, so it's got to work for you.

My apologies right now are due to the company not having an effective
feedback mechanism to route your needs in to the site designers. The result
is that we can overload the patience of those reading this list for actual
Flash-related material.

For those interested in this area, could I ask you to make notes of how the
site works for you, any usability issues or other problems? I'm hoping that
we can get a wish-siteatmacromedia [dot] com address working soon, but I don't
think this is hooked up yet, regrets.

If you find a broken link then the webmasteratmacromedia [dot] com address will
work, but that's also attracted a lot of spam from being exposed over the
years so it has a slower turnaround. If you've got a new idea then I
suspect it may be of general interest here, but "me too" messages impose
their usual cost on others. Work's being done now to flow overall comments
directly to the people who can make use of these observations though, so
your observations will be appreciated.

Summary: We need the feedback in the shop here, and work is being done to
widen that channel, but balancing the needs of the subscribers to FLASHER-L
is a consideration too. Your call.
