Happen to me too . .  first time. I think you need to close IE then fire it

again and it worked for me . . . No Flash Player.

I havenot checked IE, because I have yet to figure out how to uninstall the

current player from IE.  Hmmm.  Renamed windows/system/macromed to

macromed1, but the http://www.efxit.com immediately started playing its

Flash content, so that wasn't it.
