FLASH: Calling images into flash

Hello, All!!

Small problem here.  I'm trying to display a web cam

image into a flash page.  The image is updated every

two minutes onto the server, so my page normally shows

the image fine. Now that I'm rebuilding in flash, I

can have the image called, but it wont display in the

same place, it will call up a new window, or replace

the page.  How can I call the external image to a

givin spot on my page, and does anyone have a good

action sequence so that it calls at a specific

time...my current solution slows down the page too

much!!  Thanks!!
