Hi Rick,

Couple of ways you can go: (that I know of)
-Use HTML frames only for the webcam section of your site and the
"geturl("newpic","framename")" action.

-Use a server side CGI/ Generator script to turn your gifs into .SWF files
then use "load Movie("pic.swf",.......)" into your flash site.

Now to execute the calling of the pics, you might want to set-up a MC that
has enough blank frames in it to loop over the specific time you would like
it to check for new pics. In the first frame you place the action script to
"load movie" OR "getURL" depending what system you are using.
