Subject: FLASH: "light-sized" sound in flash (mp3?)

I saw that only .Wav and .Mov files is availble for sound but when I put one
of this files my final world is oversized.

The mp3 offers good file size compresion. Is any other and FREE way to put a
MP3 in a flash movie? 'cause the swiffpeg is not free....
