to do it you have to make a series of jpg images that you show like a normal
frame-by-frame animation in flash... and play the sound as mp3... this
flashmovie will be bigger then the orginal qt movie since flash has no
interframe-compression...
there is no way to play the qt movie directly in flash (there's a reason why
the qt-plugin is 4 Mb and the flash-plugin 200kb :-)...

you can do it the otherway around though...
