Subject:	FLASH: Can't place bitmaps?

On a g4 with FLASH 4.0a with 120 megs of RAM OS 9.04 I'm still getting
mysterious circumstances during which placing a bitmap just won't work no
matter what..

Layers unlocked and penciled, blank keyframes in place.

Sometimes quitting and restarting helps, sometimes it doesn't.

I know it's simple and I seem to recall seeing it here... If I could
remember the address for the sockman page I'd check it out there, but...

any ideas...?
