well; according to Matt Wobensmith from MM (who is also regurlarly to be
senn on this list) this semms to be a known problem, like bug or so, has
something to do with incompatibilities with flash, system 9.x and g3/g4
series.... my workaround was either to paint a shape make it a symbol and
replace it with the one I prefer from my library or copy/paste a symbol
already on the scene and then replace it with the one I want....
