Subject: Mac Users...

My computer froze on me...nothing unusual... but SOMETIMES when I try to
reopen the FLASH file I was working on after reboot it either comes up
with a blank screen or like this morning...I receive an "unexpected file
format" error. It just won't be recognized and all my work is lost.
That happened to me this morning and I lost about 3 hours of work. Now
I find myself backing up about every 10 minutes and making backups of my
backups....sheesh! I'm pretty certain (though not positive) that it's
because I have my internet connection with Comm 4.04 running in the
background...so I'm going to stop doing that.

BUT, has anyone had any success recovering files that return an
"unexpected file format" error?

Config: MacOS 8.0; 80MB; 200 604e.
