on mouse over movement

Hi there,


I saw the keith haring site (haring flash - http://www.haring.com/morphs/ ) 

and would like to ask how to do the mouse over button which causes a little 

looped movie....just like the one in the end of the .swf file where there's 

the TV and one the "knobs"  is an active button, where, when you put your 

mouse over it it plays the little dog thingie movie that is looped.


Do I make the on mouse over state of the button an animated symbol?  Is 

that possible?
