Hiya Ike,

Not exactly, Ive deleted thousands of jpgs and gifs not too mention over
a megs worth
of streaming audio file that were well over 64k outa NS's cache file(go
figure).

Now the new I.E. 4.0 wont cache .swf or .dcr files either,

The bottom line is it can be fixed with a plug-in solution,
This should be one of the major concerns of MM, especially
with all the hard work their engineers have implemented into Director
and Flash,

Its just hard to understand why they havent taken care of the problem or
even attempted to in the past with Director and futuresplash. Its not a
new problem.

The problem cuts Flash's design implement in half.

Its almost as if flash was designed for something other than
internet/intranet applications.

What else would you design a streaming vector animation proggy for?
CD-rom development? I dont think so.

(go figure)
