Just like Flash the MIME does not vary by version.
So all stuffit .sit files use the same MIME (as above).
The only problem is you usually need the latest version of a software to
read the latest versions. 5s usually read 3s but not vice versa.
I have had no problem reading any PC compatible files extracted from
.sit files on my PC no matter what version of Stuffit was used.
