FLASH: What sound compression settings to use?

Hey all!


Could anyone take a second and suggest the best sound settings to use when

exporting a movie?


I created a loop and it is still huge.  I created it at 11 Khz and 8 bit in

Sound Edit.  It sounds fine, but is too big.  If I compress it further in

Flash, it gets really small, but sounds terrible.  What is the best thing to

do here?
