Actually your best bet is to import it into Flash at 44.1kHz 16-bit.
Double-click the sound where it's listed in the library and test it at
different sample and compression rates. If you cannot get it acceptably
small in that manner, your choices are limited: start with a shorter sound;
use Stream rather than Event for the sync type (a good choice is your Flash
isn't too graphics-intensive); load the sound as a movie on a higher level
so it can take time loading without holding up your main movie; play it
back in RealPlayer in a hidden frame. Might be some other options --
anyone have more ideas?
