FLASH: sound and loading...

I went to my draft work online today and noticed a problem with the 

chopped sound track when I logged on that I hadn't noticed the first time 

but which other people commented on. 


I suspect that the sound is getting bogged down in streaming as the file 

loads and plays automatically.


To prevent this problem, the movie probably needs to load or partially 

load before it plays.


Is there a simple command in the aftershock section that causes a preload 

before play or  a partial loading?
