FLASH: Stopping a background loop

I've created button to stop a music loop but it doesn't seem to do the

trick. In the keyframe for the "down" part of the button, I inserted a

"stop all sounds" Action but when I test it, the music just keeps on

playing.


I'm sure it's something obvious, but I'm stuck.
