Subject: FLASH: Gabo- end it
From: Steve Riley

ok i think its about time we ended this whole gabo thread. sure, he
was one of the first to really use flash to its full potential and realize
its power when it all began. i give him props for that. once you start
to get into the program and learn it, you can see that what he did wasnt
that tough to do, which, in a way, is encouraging. what id like to see
now is someone really pushing the envelope with flash, sort of like what
the remedi project is doing, but more. i cant really say what im doing with
it, but once i get around to buying a DN ill put it up. as for now im
content
with rounding my own stuff out and checking out everyone's sites.
one thing im finding about flash is you can get into it and do what you want
fairly easily and simply; im using it as a sort of storyboard device to move
over to director at some point. but, lets get to the real issues that are
happening-
people trying to get flash problems solved and posting new sites. im always
willing to see something new in flash, director, or whatever.
