FLASH: FScommand question, I think?

Hi,


How can I open a new url with flash that has only a close button(non 

resize or anything else), I know it's has to do with Javascript and 

Fscommand, but since I don't know a thing about both exemp that they 

exist I need someone to tell were to put the script and to give them to 

me.
