This is not necessary if you find out how the content streams. Use Test
Movie and Bandwidth Profiler to get a good idea which parts of the movie
are bandwidth intensive. You should always be able to get your Flash movie
rolling before it's 100% downloaded, usually much sooner. Buy time by
putting the more efficient content (that which requires less bandwidth) up
front.
The structure you described sounds fine. Nevertheless, I think that as you
get comfortable with movie clips and TellTarget you will find them
preferable to a linear layout using scenes.
