I haven't needed to do this, but it should work to set the sound to stream.
Make sure it has enough frames to fully display (graphically) in the
timeline. Animation in the timeline will then occur depending where it is
placed relative to the sound. in other words, something that should happen
when the sound is halfway through, would be placed in a frame above or
below the mid-point of the sound wave as it appears in the timeline.
Something that shouldn't happen until the sound is over would be placed
after the last frame in which the sound wave appears in the timeline. Note
that if the animation cannot keep up with the streaming sound, Flash will
drop frames of animation to force it to keep up.
