For starters, he's using a v3.0 browser.
That could be problem enough. Did you recommend the upgrade to higher/more
current browser?
Is there a need for the 3.0 browser?
What is the "typical user's" browser?
Did they intend to leave out a lot of customers by not giving
them a choice of HTML or Flash?
Was it recommended that the client do both (or did someone
merely push the Flash technology without explaining some of the
pitfalls)?
I'm pretty sure those are the basics that should have covered
it all...
Anything more and I'll have to be like Bruce Epstein and start
charging...lol...
Check with the end user. Do more testing. Ask more
questions. Find answers before assuming someone's a "bloke" lest
ye be the bloke yourself.

Hi Russel,
I feel its something wrong with his own browser but only
time could tell that.....
Currently, this is where he cant go to:
I have told my immediate clients who own
this site that their client cant view it because of some problems with his
own browser but this is something I myself am not sure about. I was hoping
if someone from the list can verify this!

Does IE3 on WIndows95
have a problem with auto plugin? If not, than how come this client
of mine is? Isnt IE supposed to do it for yourself... This bloke
gets the Plugins page in his IE and I am kinda bugged about that!
Any help?
For starters, Sam, what have you
already asked this client?
For an older version of IE (version
3), I would hesitate to think that it would do "anything"
for you. Flash was hardly as present with that version of the
browser.
What have you found out from your
client already? Give us more information and I'm guessing we
can better server you.
