Thanks John, I finally got to talk to Mr MIS, apparently IT junior has allot

more ambition than experience...turns out the server was configured ok...but

the html source had some extra performance features added when someone at the

clients office made some changes to my html and saved them in a "square boxes

and alpha numeric format"....resending now as the sun slowly sets on a sleepy

Northern California town.....the end
