SMIL and RealFlash are indeed compatible. But then again, why wouldn't

they be?

I do hope Macromedia and Real Networks are still  working on RealFlash

so as to bring it up to Flash3 standards (hint...)

Major sites, such as cnn are using it very effectively.

Personally I've used RealFlash and live video streaming with very good

results.
