As of yet, I'd say there isn't one and to simply hit as many tutorials on

the web as you can.  I'm beginning to see the tutorials can be hard to

understand, as well.  I'd gather a decent book that has a bit more

practicality and usefulness should arrive within the next 6 months or so...

Not really, but Tell Targets with JavaScript can perform some pretty amazing

things, and can be pretty confusing.

Try the tutorial that came with Flash.

Pause a transition?  I'm not sure I understand this one.
