FLASH: Download of Macromedia viewer

I am creating a cd that will lauch a webpage that uses some (Not all) flash

and would like to be able to have the page point to a plugin on the CD if

the person doesn't have the plugin installed on there browser. Anyone know

how I would be able to do this?
