no.  in cheri's case it is just a malfunctioning email program.


in the cases of these vcf files, it is just either ignorance or 

thoughtlessness, as unwanted attachments clog up list bandwidth, are 

unasked-for ads and, as is the case with any attachments, can contain 

viruses.
