Go for it, its the joys of the global economy. A lot of stuff in eastern
Europe is pirated and probably isn't as high of standard as in the west but
it all works great. You can get any program for about $2 a disc. Hardware
usually is about the same.
You could always move there and work. My wife is Ukrainian and you can live
normally there for about $100-$200 a month so you can see that if you have
the Flash skills, have connections, you can make a very good living doing
this.
Isn't the globalization awesome!
