Subject: FLASH: Flash Animator Salaries/Hourly Wages

Hi everyone! It was suggested to me that you all may be able to offer me professional level information. I'm trying to figure out the going salary and/or hourly rate for Flash Animators. It seems as though many people say they have experience but when you really probe, they've taken a class but have little or no professional experiences. Basically, I'm trying to find out two things:

1) How would you determine someone's skill level to be entry-level, mid-level or senior level. What markers in their knowledge base would define their level of experience.
2) What is an appropriate salary range and/or hourly rate for an entry-level animator using Flash? mid-level? senior level?

Thanks for any and all information you can offer.
