FLASH: Good design?

I am looking for sites that expert flash designers deem impressive.  I need 

to know what people like to see and makes their jaw hit the ground.  The last 

2 sites I have built have been ho hum at most and need some good pointers or 

tips or just inspiration.  If someone wants to point me in the direction of 

something that gives me hope to get out of my boring flash rut, please do.
