Click on the 'Edit Multiple Frames' icon, two overlapping solid squares
below your timeline, then move the selection tabs at the top of your time
line to include the required frames, Ctrl-A to select everything, this will
then allow you to move multiple frames together....don't forget to lock all
other layers first though.
