ok - so what you're saying is that you don't want to move the graphics on
the
stage area - you want to move the keyframes on the timeline?

* select the relevant frames and layers in your movie
* ctrl + shift + C
* Shift = f6 to clear the keyframes or shift + F5 to delete the frames
* select the layers and frames you want to move the selection into (if
you
select the same number of frames in won't insert any new ones - and so
your
sync further on in the timeline will be intact.)
* ctrl + shift + V to paste - this will replace the current contents with
your
copied keyframes

Does that make any sense at all? Please be sure to make a backup copy
before you
start messing - otherwise it will all end in tears!!
