I'm sure this has passed thru the Flasher list already, but I didn't find

one in my stack o' emails...


Anyone have a quick and dirty (and simple!) Flash 4 Plugin detection script

they wouldn't mind sharing?  Preferrably one that will work on both Mac/PC

platform and for Netscape/MSIE...


I don't want to detect the Flash plugin in general...  Rather, I need to

detect specifically the Flash 4 Plugin...  I've been writing my own

detector, but frankly it's getting to be more of a painstaking project than

it should be.
