The Mac Voices work well for some of the robot sounding Voices...

Waited forever and never got to a part with voices, so
I'm not sure what you are after.
You could use something like a vocoder to change your
voice, or hardware processor, or plug-ins on audio
software like Sound Forge.
Or, we have access to voice over talent in our studio.

Might tell me more about what you are after.
