FLASH: Flash as a matter of urgency

Hi List


I start a new job on Monday working for a new-media company after working

for myself over the last eight months. I have not had much recourse to touch

Flash during this time, only playing around a little with it - navigation

systems mainly.


The job description says that it entails some use of Flash and obviously I

don't want to not know the simple aspects.


Can anyone advise what I should be looking at, and if necessary provide

links to good tutorials on the topics.
