If you look again, you'll see that the movement is independent of the mouse
position. So althought it's more easily programmed using Flash4 Action
Script, it could just be done with tweens in Flash3 MC's with TellTargets
on mouseover and rollout. Each MC has two views, call them "open" and
"closed." It tweens from closed to open and back again, with a stop action
at key frames. TellTarget is used via invisible buttons in each clip,
telling that clip and other clips to play the various sequences. There'd be
some device so that the movie clips that are already "closed" stay that way
unless moused over. All this is Flash3. Flash4 would keep track of MC
states using variables and, based on those variables, would send them to
other states. The tweens could be scripted as well, using set position and
scale and loops. But I can't script it for you :-).
