FLASH: flasher: FAQ?

Hi, I'm Slim. 

Slim is new to Flash. Flash looks pretty, but is pretty much over Slim's 

head. 

Has anyone developed a flasher FAQ website for Slim to look at?

Can anyone point Slim to some good tutorial sites? Slim has visited Webmonkey 

and Cnet already. Where's a good page of links?
