You can find Swift Generator at:
http://www.swift-tools.com
The last time I checked the latest version was fully Flash 4.0 compatible.
You may also want to check out Flash/ASP Turbine.

Swift Generator is free to license if you display the Swift-Gen logo,
or $100US otherwise. I believe Flash or ASP Turbine is about $400US,
but you should double check to make sure.
