If your story is currently told at 12 fps, you
will make it longer=larger if you change the
activity so that it takes place at 24fps.
However, assuming you follow standard
optimizations techniques, it need not increase
the data-rate. Running your anim. at 24fps is
more work for the viewer's processor, and it may
not actually _play_ at 24fps if they have a
slower machine than yours.
