Hi, Paul. I had this problem myself a couple of weeks ago. What I did in
Freehand was export the file as an EPS, then I opened Distiller and opened the
EPS I generated in it.
In the "Distiller" menu > job options > the window that pops up has a "font
compression" option. Just click on "embed all fonts.
Then generate the PDF through Distiller.
