Select all the frames on all the layers of your (mc) movie and click
Edit, Copy Frames. Go to your other movie, click Insert, New Symbol,
choose Movie Clip and give it a name. In the new layer of your
newly-created mc, highlight the number of frames that are in the
original (mc) movie and click Edit, Paste Frames. Voila! (Of course,
there are also shortcut keys for some of those things)

hth,
Helen
