FLASH: OT: PC hardware question

Are there any hardware guru's out there who might be able to help me

with a problem with my PC making a high pitched whining noise.  I have

replaced the power supply and cpu fan with no change.  It is getting

so that I can't sit in front of it without my head aching and ears

ringing.  I can't even drown it out with headphones and loud music.

It's driving me crazy.
