you can't i'm afraid, i've already asked this question and looked everywhere
for an answer, it just wont go below any other layers, it always has to be
on top for some reason.

hello all,

I've been looking for a solution to this all over the web and can't find
it...

how do I show/hide dhtml layers that include flash?

I want to have an onmouseover event trigger the SHOWing of a layer with
flash embbedded within it and an onmouseout trigger the HIDEing of that same
layer, and I want to do this at least three times on the same page, so that
only one of the many layers ever show at a time and only when the
respective GIF is moused over
